Write to support@filmledger.co from the email address on your account. A person reads every message.

Signing in

FilmLedger signs you in with your email address and password, and with a passkey or an authenticator app code if you have turned those on in Profile & Preferences.

Forgotten your password? You cannot reset it from the app yet. Email support from the address on your account and we will help you back in.

Lost your authenticator app? Email support from the address on your account. We will confirm it is you before turning two-factor authentication off.

Getting a copy of your data

You can download everything FilmLedger holds about you, at any time, as a JSON file:

• iPhone and iPad: Profile, then Your Data, then Download My Data.
• Web: Profile & Preferences, then the Security tab, then Download my data.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, from the app or the web. It happens straight away and cannot be undone. How to delete your account.
