Delete your FilmLedger account

You can delete your account yourself, on iPhone, iPad or the web. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your account and everything in it: your rolls, frames, cameras, lenses, film inventory, the film stocks you added yourself, and your reference photos. Film stocks in the shared catalog stay, because they are not yours alone.

Want a copy first? Use Download My Data in the same place before you delete.

On iPhone or iPad

1. Open FilmLedger and go to Profile.
2. Under Your Data, tap Delete Account.
3. Enter your password, and your authenticator code if you use two-factor authentication.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete Account Permanently.

On the web

1. Sign in at app.filmledger.co and open Profile & Preferences.
2. Choose the Security tab, then Delete account.
3. Enter your password, and your authenticator code if you use two-factor authentication.
4. Type DELETE and choose Delete account permanently.

Can't sign in?

Email privacy@filmledger.co from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request comes from you, then delete the account and everything in it.
